Contoh Motivation Letter

My name is Imam Andrian Risoyo.  I am 19 years old.  My name has an important meaning. My father gave me that name at the following time after he had finished study in Japan.  Imam means a leader and Risoyo, a Japaneshe Language, means The world’s expectation. So my parents hoped that i would be a leader who  would be hoped by people around the world.  Starting from my name, i try to do  something useful for my life.

I really concerned with Education System, Technology, and crisis of morality in the development country, especially in Indonesia.  I could determine that three aspect because i was born and lived in the village.  So i can feel all the change and problem in my area.  It make me interest to join with AIESEC with the related program.

Education System in the city and village of Indonesia is really different.  It caused the awarness of the both societies also different.  People in the city could think for long future, but the other one just want to get profit in present.  Most of them stop to study in school just for getting job and collecting more money.  This situation that make me sad.  I have tried to change this situation.  However i always fail because they never take more effort to progress.  So i interest with some of AIESEC program to change my community in village. I hope i will get some exercises to get my community up for a better future. I will learn how government from progressive country give their citizens with same education.

I also interest with an expansion of technology, especially about energy.  People in the world are facing about crisis of energy right now.  Energy of solarcell is still secret in Indonesia right now.   PLN has still used coal as power plant in my country.  Therefore i interest to learn about alternative power plant in Europe.  I want to explain to my friend about this system.  Moreover it related to my major.

The third motivation that make me join with this program is learning about crisis of morality.  I’d like to discuss with people in many country how to fight a Corruption and Nepotism. This problem damage the strength of some countries, make it more weak.

I also want to learn about leadership.  Everybody will be a leader, at least for leading his self.  We have to make a brave for making a change.  By joining with AIESEC i will improve my personality to be more tactful.  Therefore i could be a leader who  would be hoped by people around the world. 

That’s all of my motivation to join with AIESEC.  I hope i can make a change for world, especially Indonesia and my community.  After come back from this internship, i will transfer all of my experiences to my friends and my comunity.  I will also do all of my plan for bigger Indonesia for making a people in village and city are same.

After i finish my study, i will work in International Petroleum Factories.  I believe that experiences in AIESEC will make me can be approved in those factories easier.  Then, i will collect more money to be brought into Indonesia.  I will found some factories and organisations in Indonesia for cutting down the unemployment.  I decide that my final purpose of the life is not search a job around the work, but giving a job for people around the world.
